I love it when I discover something that I should have known about a long time about. Nick Edwards’ Ekoplekz is such a find.
I have only scratched the surface of his pretty huge catalog of recordings, and I can’t wait to hear more. The first track on the record stands out as a true gem (A Caustic Romance). It feels like a track that Aphex Twin could have recorded, but didn’t, and that’s not an insult. It’s just a beautiful fact.
A fantastic album.
