I was like a kid waiting at the mailbox. This boxed set was announced on Bandcamp in April or May, and I couldn’t help myself. Then, I waited. And waited.
It arrived last week, and it’s so cool! Eight pieces of vinyl with stuff I’ve heard and stuff I haven’t heard, and all put together beautifully.
His alternative mix of High Noon with the Hypnotist Intro is awesome, and it makes me think of his live album In Tune and On Time, one of the coolest live albums that I’ve heard.
You can’t get the singles boxed set digitally, at least not right now, but shortly after he released this, he also released his 10-year deluxe edition of The Mountain Will Fall.
